1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by RoofingWebsiteDesigns.com ("we," "our," or "us"), a division of Infodots Digital, LLC headquartered at 1178 Broadway, 3rd Floor #3427, New York, NY 10001, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide custom website design and development services specifically for roofing contractors. Our standard package includes custom website design (up to 10 pages), content creation, SEO optimization, one year of web hosting, domain registration, professional email setup, and maintenance as described on our website.
3. Pricing & Payment
100% Upfront via Stripe — No Exceptions
Our standard website package is priced at $1,999 USD as a one-time, flat-fee payment.
Payment of 100% is due in full before any work commences on your website. We do not offer payment plans or split payments.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe — the world's leading PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. Your card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored by us.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed and paid orders will always be honored at the quoted price.
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service in full, including the Refund Policy below.
4. Refund Policy — Please Read Carefully
IMPORTANT: Once work has commenced on your project, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Payment is required 100% upfront via Stripe before work begins.
If you request a cancellation before any work has commenced and before project materials have been requested, you may be eligible for a full refund minus Stripe's payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30).
Once work has commenced — including but not limited to initial discovery, design briefs, content drafting, or domain registration — no refund will be issued for any reason, including change of mind.
No refunds will be issued after the website has been delivered, approved, or published.
Dissatisfaction with the final design, after unlimited revisions have been offered and/or used, does not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Project Timeline & Delivery
We commit to delivering your completed website within 10–20 business days of receiving full payment and all required materials from you.
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, feedback, logo files, or approvals are not our responsibility and may extend the timeline.
We will make every reasonable effort to meet the delivery timeline but cannot guarantee specific calendar dates.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment and final delivery, you receive 100% ownership of your website code, content, and design files. No strings attached.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to delivery.
Third-Party Assets
Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) used in your website are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Free First Year Inclusions
Your package includes the following at no additional cost for the first year:
After the first year, you may choose to renew services with us at prevailing rates ($49/month) or transfer your website to any hosting provider. There is no obligation to continue.
8. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information about your business in a timely manner.
Provide timely feedback and approvals during the design process.
Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Not use the delivered website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
9. Revisions & Changes
Our package includes unlimited reasonable revisions during the active design and development phase.
Major scope changes or additions after the website is completed and delivered may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to charge for project scope expansion that significantly exceeds the original brief.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofingWebsiteDesigns.com and Infodots Digital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoofingWebsiteDesigns.com, Infodots Digital, LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
